Lead QA Engineer

We are looking talented Lead QA.

Responsibilities

Coordinating a team of QAs, managing the day-to-day activities of QA team members;
Developing, enacting and managing testing schedules, ensuring that the QA team meets expectations and deadlines;
Test planning and execution;
Conducting employee training and evaluation, providing support during the hiring and onboarding process. Acting as a mentor for new team members;
Directing and managing QA team while also directly working on QA tasks;
Assisting the Manager in guidance, review, and evaluation of the work of the staff.

Have been a QA Lead or Sr. QA Engineer for at least 5 years across 2 companies or more;
Good knowledge of quality concepts, standards, and practices;
Strong experience in writing test documentation and analyzing development documentation;
Experience in leading a group of QAs;
Experience in working with test management tools (zephyr, testlog, testrail), project management tools (Jira, TFS), issue tracking systems, Confluence, CI/CD tools;
Experience with creating and managing test plans, test cases, check lists, test case coverage analysis, and effective hardening and exploration strategies
Functional and non-functional testing experience (e.g. regression, integration, security, performance, UAT, smoke, etc.);
Good communicator and team-player, familiar with Agile
Upper-intermediate level of English;
Strong work ethics, proactivity, and leadership skills

Nice to have experience in QA automation and hands-on experience with both homegrown and off-the-shelf automation frameworks
