Business Analyst Kharkov

We are looking for talented Business Analyst to join our team and meet interesting and chalenging projects based on blockchain technology

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development process as a business analyst, starting with roadmap processing and prioritization to validation and demos, to support both the team and the client
• Interact with stakeholders to conduct elicitation process
• Present proposed solutions
• Manage change requests and process feedback
• Plan and conduct requirements analysis and design definition prepare specifications and other artifacts (presentation, guides, release notes, etc.)

Required skills

• Practical experience in commercial IT projects as BA 3+ years
• Practical experience in different project methodologies (Waterfall, Agile(Scrum, Kanban))
• Practical experience in different documentation types creation (SRS, User Stories, Use Cases)
• Requirements management (acc. to requirements quality criteria)
• Knowledge in task management tools (Jira, Confluence, Redmine)
• Strong skills in information research and analysis
• Strong communication skills

Will be a plus

• Understanding of crypto/fintech domain
• Requirements modeling (diagrams, models, prototypes creation)
