Business Process Analyst / Product Owner
We are looking for Business Process Analyst / Product Owner to join our product - client experience management platform
Responsibilities
- Being a key stakeholder owning the definition and all procedures within Cloud Operational processes
- Defining User Stories and definition of done for Business requirements to ensure continuity and compatibility with global operational processes and tools
- Maintaining the team backlog together with Product Management and Development Manager
- Acting as a member and proxy of the extended Product Management team for covering operational aspects
- Driving iteration goals and content
- Ensuring awareness of enablers
- Participating in automation team demos and retrospectives
- Following progress of work and addressing production issues
- Establishing story acceptance criteria
Required skills
- Work experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or a similar role in product management
- Operational experience within ITIL, ITSM, Service Desk or similar areas
- Familiarity with SAFe or Agile principles
- Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life-cycle
- Ability and comfort working with multiple time zones and locations
- Excellent English
Will be a plus
- Technical background with knowledge of software development and IT Operations
- Sitecore product knowledge
- Knowledge of modern cloud environments like Azure, AWS, Google Cloud or so
