Remote Deputy CFO

We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer

Company is the major player on the global mobile advertising market. The company was established in 2011 and several times was ranked as the most promising digital advertising US Company by Forbes. HQ is located in CA, US. There are branches and business divisions in the Netherlands, Latvia, Shanghai, Bangalore, and Hong-Kong

Required skills

Experience with working in the international digital business at least for 3 years (CFO or equivalent position)
Fluent English
Advanced user of MS Office
Deep understanding of the principles of the digital advertising business
Deep knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS
Experience in a restructuring of the business processes and design and implementation from the scratch
Understanding of EU and US banking compliance environment
Basic understanding of EU and US fiscal systems, with further ambitions to be the expert in this area
Be ready to work under pressure

Experience in managing the remote teams up to 5 people in 3 time zones

Responsibilities

Management and supervision of subsidiaries finance teams in the US, the Netherlands, India and China
Daily cash management on subsidiaries and group levels
Work with external sources of funding to support working capital improvement
Full management of the group financials audit in accordance to US GAAP
Supervision of local tax compliance for subsidiaries operations
Preparation of monthly management reporting on group and subsidiaries levels
Searching for EBITDA/cashflow improvement opportunities
Tax optimization of the operations
Being a Finance business partner and expertise center for business units to support business decisions to grow margins (mainly to the upstream team)
Evaluation of new products launch from the finance perspective
Support M&A team in DD of target companies
