Required skills

• P Successfully implemented practical cases for IT remote companies
• Confident communicator and presenter
• Budgeting and cost management skills
• Experience with website and social media maintaining including blogs, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
• Ability to coordinate processes
• Positive and professional approach to process management
• High level English

As a plus

• Experience working in an international company (working remotely)
• Experience in internal employee brand building
• Experience working in IT
• Higher education in: Public Relations, Marketing, Economics or related sphears
• High interest in Informational Technologies

Responsibilities

• Serve as our employer brand guardian, evangelizing the employment message and ensuring its consistent execution and delivery
• Develop and deliver the Employer Brand strategy:
• Implementation and evelopment of corporate identity and culture
• Handle social media accounts to promote employer brand
• Organize and support of internal and external events (seminars, tech events, conferences, hackathons)
• Coordinating and developing internal communications and activities
• Setting up and support company websites
• Defining and executing social media strategy
• Planning, developing and implementing PR strategies
• Budget management
