Requirements

• 4+ years of commercial experience as Project Manager
• JIRA, Confluence, Google Docs
• Exceptional organizational and planning skills
• Exceptional writing and presentation skills
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with web and mobile projects
• Very good English level

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with freelancing platforms, marketplaces, user testing platforms
• Commercial experience as Product Manager or Scrum Master
• Understanding of the main UX/UI principles

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Developing and monitoring a detailed project plan/roadmap together with product managers
• Working with product, development and marketing teams to ensure that the project milestones are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Coordinating and communicating sprint plans: status of JIRA stories, readiness of stories for grooming sessions, estimations and team capacity, preparing sprint reports
• Preparing product and marketing presentations
• Preparing reports for top management on the project status
• Budgeting, resource availability and allocation
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
• Assisting in establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties/vendors.
