Senior QA Automation Engineer

Required skills

• 4+ years of experience in Software Automated Testing
• Profound theoretical background in QA methodology and process, test types classifications
• Experience in the usage of Test Management tools and Defect tracking systems
• Understanding of computer programming, basic software design and development
• Node Chai, mocha, Protractor, cucumber, Typescript technologies
• Javascript
• Selenium
• Experience working in an Agile development team
• Level of English Upper-Intermediate
• Ability to effectively write test documentation (reports, manuals, checklists, test cases etc.)

• Experience with VCS: Git
• CI: Jenkins
• Basic HTML, CSS, XML
• Self-motivation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Well-developed problem-solving skills
• Strong independent learning traits
• Desire to learn and contribute to the team’s success

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain an acceptable level of quality for web-based and mobile products in a fast- paced agile environment
• Play a key role in troubleshooting and investigating potential issues that require cross-functional product understanding
• Be a source of Product SME knowledge and help research complex product questions
• Provide thoughtful design feedback, and help onboard new team members
• Design, implement and continually improves testing processes
