Technical Support Engineer
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our company to work on an interesting project with customers from Europe and USA. You will be part of our team, not a one-project-member.
It's a team which is focus is to support the production environment and work with cross teams in biz, data and development units.
Responsibilities
- Technical Support - E2E ownership on Technical -Support tickets - Investigate, Find and Solve Root Cause
- Required a person with self confident and which over time we can rely on him to lead incidents and communicate it to business users
- 24/7 Production Sites & Application Monitoring - R&D focal point overseeing production systems monitoring and Health Check status
- Required good verbal and written English to be able to present issues and reports to end users in a clear and professional way
Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in Tier 2-3 technical support roles
- Extensive knowledge of SQL scripting (Mysql)
- English fluency
- Passion for support and helping others
- Proven record of working in a highly pressured multi-tasking environment and working independently
Will be a plus
- Knowledge of RedShift, Mysql,Athena, MongoDB
- Knowledge in web: HTML, CSS,JS etc
