Requirements

• 4+ years of commercial experience as a UI/UX designer for web and mobile projects
• Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Zeplin, inVision, Overflow
• Strong experience and skills in UI/UX principles, including concept, composition, illustration, color theory, icon design, prototyping, storyboarding and user flow, responsive design
• Strong experience with Material Design and iOS guidelines and design systems
• Experience with social networking and other consumer web/mobile projects
• Understanding of Agile, experience with JIRA
• Great attention to detail
• Good English level

Will be a plus

• Understanding of HTML and CSS principles
• Experience with freelancing platforms, marketplaces, user testing platforms
• Experience with animation

Responsibilities

• Researching user needs, analyzing users interviews, qualitative and quantitative user feedback together with product managers
• Proactivity in recommending new features and designs
• Working with other designers and product managers on feature analysis and JIRA stories
• Preparing clickable prototypes in inVision for user testing
• Preparing pixel perfect mockups for development in Sketch, Overflow and Zeplin
• Communicating designs in JIRA stories to product managers and developers
• Participating in sprint grooming and planning sessions
